Cancellation Terms

  • Full refunds will be given for any cancellation or change of booking that is made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to check-in date.
  • For any peak booking periods such as Taste of Rutherglen, A Day on the Green, Christmas, Easter, school holidays or long weekends, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to obtain a refund.
  • Cancellations or changes made with less than the required notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking.
  • Failure to arrive will incur a charge for the entire booked period.
